Need to figure out a way to force feed a man yoghurt. Antibiotics have unleashed chemical warfare on the plumbing.

I've been doing yoghurt and muesli for breakfast for years since it's healthy and I can't think of something better. That could be an option

a really easy salad dressing is just to mix some yoghurt with a teaspoon of dijon (or other nustard, but dijon works well) and a touch of water. A salad would also be good for recovery...

Iโ€™d rather not buy pills when there is already perfectly good yoghurt in the house. Drown it in honey & Milo, just please eat a damn spoonful.

Smoothie? Get mild tasting natural yoghurt (I like jalna if I don't make it myself) and add banana peanut butter and some water or milk to top it up ? Or a handfull of frozen berries .

Mix cucumber and garlic in to make tzatziki - eat as dip or on a simple gyros of fried meat and flatbread.

Or he can just eat it https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcJjMnHoIBI
