😹 I sorted my dvds and put out a dozen for people to take for free. A neighbour beat me to it and had a pile out there already. I brought two in but I've still got ten less than I had. 😹😹

everything I put out for people to take for free has gone, all the dvds, the knickknacks and the jigsaw puzzles

I also took two big bags of miss seagoon's clothes and some blankets to the opshop

tomorrow I put more stuff out

I came home with some LPs and a small 1960s maple glass cabinet to put my shell collection in. I'm trying to get things kind of tidy.

You didn't happen to put out a wall clock and some kitchen stuff and over the door storage hangers? Because Mr P has come home with a car load of stuff from someone's nature strip!

Holy crap.

My 🐱 giving me anxiety with such a close win tonight.

Wish they’d stop doing that to me!

The cost of basic fabrics is pretty extravagant, even when you shop around. Sewing your own stuff isn’t thrifty anymore. It’s even probably a luxury hobby by now.

*I’ve checked clearance and discount fabric sites and wouldn’t want the stuff that’s affordable. The selection is not good

Yup! And finding non poly stuff is getting harder and harder. Where you really blow money though is on the bits people don’t always think of. Zippers, facing fabric, the amount buttons go for is obscene!

Doctor ordered the routine blood tests and the closest place was still the Highett place, so drove up and am sitting in a cafe in Cheltenham waiting on my breakfast. Charman Rd carpark is already filling. (Locals will understand.)

Apparently Officeworks will sell you a pack of iced vovos for $3.54 at any time. Coles or woolies are $4. You can get them on special for 2 bucks every couple of months, but if anyone wants them noooow, Officeworks have your back

love ya, offeys. Plus, free delivery if you have onepass 🤷‍♂️

Apparently nine life (like the tv channel?) will sell you a pack for $78.00. But don't worry - they're on sale. Previously $130.00.

(I genuinely can't tell if I'm missing something. it seems like they're actually selling a single 210g pack for $78, not even one of those boxes they come in they put onto the shelves)
