And that's just current heads of state. Also they "rule" (in terms of being cool) everywhere. Hope that helps :)

Women are just as capable of being evil fucks as men are, sadly. It's a human condition.

In many countries right now and over the past century. It's more common now than ever. Thatcher and the Queen ruled England at one point. It wasn't a good rule but it was a rule none the less.
Let's not forget Liz Truss. She may not have been as good as a lettuce but she was nonetheless.
