Is this another instance of the mod log not telling the whole story? Anytime I see a recognized poster perm banned for anything other than being completely heinous I have to scratch my head a little. Making a bad post and then ban evading doesn't feel like it should warrant a "never come back" kind of response. This is just one example, I've seen it before with others too and have always gone "huh, really?" But maybe there was something they did that was so bad it was purged / doesn't show in the mod log.

Anyway RIP DayOfDoom we'll miss your weird ass posts. Unless you did something bad that the modlog doesn't show in which case I'll just delete this whole thread.

It's fine if the dunk tank doesn't want to be a place where we get mad at insignificant reactionary nerds, I love that for them. But for those of us who LIKE getting mad at insignificant reactionary nerds, we need a containment zone for those kinds of posts, otherwise folks are just going to get shit removed from dunk tank / cth / main all the time.

Enter, chapodunkhouse. It's exactly the same as the dunk tank, except we can keep dunking on folks whose opinions don't matter to anyone who matters.

I think the rules should be:

Sure Biden hasn't done anything to try to prevent the heat death of the universe, and Biden has never mentioned the heat death of the universe, but Trump DEFINITELY won't do anything to try to prevent the heat death of the universe. Biden might though, there's a possibility no matter how small. So if you care about the universe and everything in it then you HAVE to vote for Biden, and then once he's in office, THEN you can start trying to push him towards preventing the heat death of the universe.
