For real. I’ve tried on numerous occasions to quit but I always find an excuse to come back
I was finally able to kick it by getting a good vape, one that I could feel I was hitting, and then stepping the nicotine down over about 3-4 years. I haven't vaped in about 2 years and haven't had a cigarette in probably 5.
Sometimes when I camp I'll get a cigar which is something I never did when i smoked cigarettes. That's the only nicotine I have anymore and it's maybe once per month.
