Man, this is actually making me sad again that Fred Rogers is gone.

If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can live in Mister Roger's neighborhood too.
Mr. Rogers and Thor's Hammer is something like Tom Bombadil and the One Ring.

Who's the artist?
Not really sure. I did a reverse image search on it, but couldn't find results that showed someone I could credit. Mostly I turned up the comic being shared around social media (which makes sense, since that's how I came across it).
I did find something that credits Matthew Wisner, but I couldn't find a site for him or anything. If someone can link me to a page for his work or something, I'd love that.
