The easiest way to cheat is to develop a Twine VN where a pill has all of these abilities and use the game pill to bring that super pill into real life.

Even without that, the game pill is super OP since you can bring a game object once every 7 weeks. Just going off of games I've played before.

2. You can be underwater without drowning.

3. You can teleport other people and teleport yourself.

4. You can charm people.

5. You can enslave animals using spherical orbs.

6. You can massively boost your attributes by eating food.

7. You can use telekinesis.

8. You can become invisible.

9. You can instantly put people to sleep or wake them up.

10. You can see perfectly at night.

11. You can change your body to match the gender you want.

12. You can resurrect people from the dead.

13. You can be resurrected from the dead with your health completely restored.

14. You can stop time.

15. You can fly and shoot fireballs.

16. You can touch fire or lava without being hurt.

17. You can carry around a near infinite number of items with you.

18. You can open every locked door.

creature pill comes in a close second with it's bonus completely due to the fact you get to bioengineer possibly the perfect organism or bioengineer an organism that can take traits from other existing organisms by consuming them. In otherwords, Tyranids but earthbound.

If we exclude the broken pills and look at whats left, I think I'd choose the focus pill with its bonus to become the perfect communist revolutionary and spend the rest of my life calling everyone else liberals for I have become the one true communist! Also just having an easier time learning new stuff and having a better memory is just nice in general, hopefully it also counters any kind of neurodegenerative diseases because those really fucking suck.

You should think of adding a drawback section, btw. (no, I'm not just saying this because I will gladly give up speech, limbs, dreams, and everything else to pick up another pill). Maybe an "on theme" one can be an "drawback pill" section where, for eg, taking the "anti-jumper pill" makes you extra-prone to fall damage. Or just super-weak and easy to bruise.

Or Rift + Spy pill, if I know when I'm being watched then I can ensure my teleport power stays secret, and I could be the ultimate bank heister.

Mimicry is a skill you can learn, I'm carrying a phone so I already know I'm being watched and being locked in to one animal sounds very restrictive. Also kinda dangerous I guess.
Alternatively Focus + Nocturnal (but just the bonus, not the other stuff). Being guaranteed a good nights rest sounds pretty good.

Why take the Spy Pill when I can just dose myself up on benadryl and lock myself in a sensory deprivation chamber for two weeks.

With the Focus Pill I could immediately master my career, which would be nice, and then I could just become good at everything else I am interested in over time. Seems a pretty good day, but today in B&M I saw an incredibly buff tiger (it was a dog chew toy) and I wished that I looked like that, so I think the Creature Pill would be pretty cool too. Or maybe I could finally become a minotaur, as it always should have been.

I don't even know how I would use the Game Pill, diamonds maybe?
