I started a new position in my company in February 2020, just weeks before the lock down. Since then I've been almost entirely working from home, coming into the office maybe 10 days over the past 4 years.
During that time I've been promoted, gotten a separate pay raise to a new band, helped onboard the entire rest of my team (two of whom are completely remote).
I've done nothing but prove over and over again that I am excelling at my job remotely.
They are still pushing for me to come back to a "hybrid" 3 day a week schedule. Madness.
Cripes. Why did anyone think this was necessary.

Current state of my Lockport journey

Almost all of my own padlocks have been picked, save for just two, the ABUS 64TI/40 and the Master lock LOTO. Still relatively new to the tubular lock game, so the yellow Urban bike disk brake lock as also eluded me.
I found getting the two cut away locks helped immensely - the American helped me really hone in on how over setting pins feel, and the Sparrow (after disassembling and putting in some of their advanced driver pins) showed how I was accidentally picking more than one pin with my older/bad technique.
If anyone has suggestions for the Titanium or LOTO locks, I'm all ears!

Unfortunately, AI is only as good as it's training data. If there are biases in the training data, those biases shine through later.
AI is interesting but not a silver bullet.
