Wait, The Penguin is out?

Hey, I'm sorry. I don't understand your problem, even though my wife and some of my children have similar problems. I have had depression though, and then there is no enjoying anything. Maybe that's similar?

When you are trapped in an episode, is there anything helpful? I hate standing still and observing while someone/something suffers. It's not easy to just walk away, for me.

Is there anything at all that helps?

That's a hunky-chonk!

How much was she at chonk weight? For science.

Why is it the totally straight Tom Cruise's face being used? That seems so strange.

I think I saw a movie like this.

It doesn't end well. 💀

I think there are two "good dudes" in this story.

Updoot for a fantastic wife

My wife mentioned going to Android. I told her not to, she would hate it. She's a lifelong Apple user and she hates figuring things out. Everything would be different for her and her frustration would be even greater than it is now.

I'm a forever Android user and I got given an iPhone for work. I was so frustrated trying to use it.

Organic maps SPECIFICALLY doesn't want that. It would be grounds for them being sued and having to comb through their database and remove any "questionable" material.

It would be the end of the project, they don't have money for that.

No?

People are paying for those pictures, either as a subscription or per-use basis. They're paying a rate to reflects work; photographers, models, rights - all kinds of different costs up front. None of that exists with AI.

It's sort of like sitting down to a restaurant, ordering and paying, and then getting served food from your own home. Some horseshit Kraft mac and cheese and fish sticks.

He's doing what he has the power to do. Rule of law, people. Let's stop insisting everybody be revolutionaries.

When cowboys would be sitting on their front porch or at the local bar outside talking with nothing to do, they would sometimes take their pistols and shoot at cow pies or horse poop lying in the street or across the way.

This became known as "shooting the shit."

When they were hunting fur, a hunter might point out what they thought was a beaver or another valuable small animal, but upon further inspection would sometimes say, "Aw, that's just bullshit."

Edit: NOTE, I am the receiver of the texts.

So many people asking me to have my wife do something different on her end.

Beloved, she is on iPhone because she doesn't want to do anything "weird." She is texting from her phone number using her texting app. That's what's going to happen.

Now, why can't I get iMessage on my android phone? If it's just a messenger app why not make it available for Android?

I'd use it.

Not much to it really. The "mystery" didn't develop much, there wasn't a sense of suspense, the "mystery solving" sequences didn't solve much, the acting wasn't good, there wasn't any sense of evil on the satanism.

Really blah. A waste of time for real horror fans, IMHO.

My reflection isn't quite right either. Slightly different when I stare at it, like it can't maintain composure over time. I think it's changing when I look away, just brief catches at times, nothing I can really pin down.

The same way it does in Google maps, and in Waze. But I can't seem to find a setting on the phone that will do that for any other apps, and I can't find any information through internet searches that leave me that direction.

As usual, they show me what they think I ought to be looking for, which is how to lock an app. Not the question I asked, Google (or anybody else).

Is it impossible or does anybody have a tip? Not looking to go down the unlocking my phone root access path either. It's not that big a deal, I could turn on trusted devices, or extend unlock, but those aren't the solutions I'm looking for.

The simplicity of it is logic defying. It used to be that you had to find crosswalks or move puzzle pieces or type blurred letters and numbers, but NOW all the sudden I can just click a box and HEY!, I'm human?

That's hardly the Turing Test I'd expected.
