Friendly reminder that tesla auto pilot is an AI training on live data. If it hasn't seen something enough times then it won't know to stop. This is how you have a tesla running full speed into an overturned semi and many, many other accidents.

Let's just remove all video metadata including author. You just get video that is unskippable and you have to watch it (and ads) before getting a new video. Webcam required to track your eyeballs and the video will only play while you are looking at the screen.

They said they are voting for Harris, and are offering feedback that the Harris texts could be done differently to make them more effective. It's not the same as being "swayed"

Id feel sorry for anyone who did this manually when it is a relatively simple sentiment analysis project the can be done programmatically. The hardest part would be sourcing the transcripts or audio files (which then could be transcribed programmatically)

That is a complex question but my line of thought is this: artists have accepted legal agreements on how to sell/stream their work and how much they get for it. You as a consumer don't need to worry about this. If there is a way to buy/stream the product legally then the artist has approved of getting money that way.

Basically i don't think this should be a point to discourage buying audio and owning it. The alternative is never owning music and tough luck if a song gets pulled because of legal disputes or whatever.

Small aside- Some states split their electoral votes so it would matter there (Nebraska and Maine)

Being born wealthy can also just be wrapped into luck. But i separated it because it isn't strictly required, however unlikely, to become a billionaire. Exploitation and luck in some form is required every time.

Recipe for a billionaire includes:

  • (optional) being born wealthy
  • Exploitation of others
  • luck

Billionaires like to think they worked hard but in reality they exploited others and were lucky in some form or another. Exploitation comes from paying workers as little as possible and/or having such terrible work conditions to maximize efficiency to the point that who cares if someone dies working. Fighting unions and keeping costs down (including pay) means more profit. It also means you can charge less to force other competitors out of business unless they can do the same amount of exploiting to keep costs down.

Beyond that, there's just general business and economic concepts like operating at scale which luck or generational wealth can help shortcut there.

Do you blame him? That is a huge target to have painted on your back. Completely irresponsible to name someone as Satoshi even before you consider financial ramifications
