awww, thanks for posting! I need to make rqd2.net more visible on transid.org I'll see where a good place is.

Hi, I'm Yuki I work with Arisu on a transid wiki (transid.org). I made some anti MAP comments when I was new to the community. I bought all the antiMAP propaganda I had heard growing up. I have now heard mumbling that in the 70's MAPs were there, maybe one of them threw the first brick at Stonewall. Who the hell knows for sure. Just like how that brick throwing has been retold so many times I think the MAP story has been erased. Why did homosexual used to also mean MAP?

I don't want there to be a fucking radradqueer movement and transid2 (transid3 if you count transx) for everyone to be accepted. Just as the gays threw away the transgender people at some point. Well now the acronym commonly is at minimum lgbT unless someone is very bigoted. I think it is time MAPS got some rights. It feels like a witch hunt. You all should be able to talk about your orientation. I'm not going to get into contact stuff other than to say I'm not going to force a contact stance on anyone. The only thing I will say is I don't want to risk that wiki going down so stuff needs to be legal under US law. I'm not a lawyer I have no idea what Arisu was talking about Nevada law and some test. The rules on the wiki might be the same there I need to learn what the hell that means.

Also spending a lot of time with a chrono teenager and both being affectionate has been really nice lately :). We keep making maps in a game to explore, they were the one eager to show me the date spots they made in game. Talking to my friends and that teen, I admire, made me no longer afraid of the map community and less afraid of myself.

Again I'm sorry. No one should be denied rights something that is a part of them, their identity.

my voice doesn't sound super feminine. so I was going to make the transgender sublemmy no one has made yet. I wanted to make a post about voice changers. Can someone please make that sub but allow ciswomen to post. Sometimes with my annoyingly deep voice and thing down there I feel trans...

still cis though

VR is probably the best way to simulate identified height. You will be able to see the world in a 3D view from a different perspective. unfortunately the devices needed can be costly at this time.

For anyone that has a quest two there is a way to make yourself taller in setting. It is only one height you can choose though. you might already know about if you have a head set.

  1. go to settings-->accessibility-->mobility-->adjust height (if this path changes you can search adjust height in the search bar)
  2. play games an enjoy being taller

Make yourself taller or shorter (any exact height) . any PCVR compatible headset including Quest 2 will work . you must have a Windows PC fast enough to run windows games. . you now want to buy your games on Steam. you If I don't I don't know how to be short. . works in game where people are different height. If everyone is the same height in the game you will be too. .I've never had this problem but if it is a competitive game there is a slight possibly they ban users from the game for changing their height. Like I said I have never experienced but I have seen some people online complain about people changing height for a competitive edge.

Quest 2 specific part get air link connected to PC or buy virtual desk top and connect (if unsure how to look up a guide on air link or virtual desktop setup and connect to steam vr see steam vr is not installed yet

everyone wanting to be taller or shorter (any exact height) 1.Install steam on windows PC 2.install Steam VR within Steam 3. go to settings --> video settings --> world scale 4. do some simple math a. open a calculator b. convert feet and inches to just inches if need. CM can skip this step c. do ('current' height)/(identified height) If that notation is unclear divide the 'current' height by identified height. NOTE: if you want to be short the number should be more than 1. For tall people the number will be less than one. Is know this seems backwards but trust me d. you should be able to change your height to the exact number. If the number you calculated isn't there you should be able to find it. There is a 'fine' 'normal' and 'extreme' setting with different percentage values.

Tested on quest 2. This guide should work on Quest 1, and the upcoming 3. And of course it will work on your Steam VR native headset like a index, Vive, Big Screen Beyond (the one I want)... If you are me enjoy being just under 4 feet tall :). Or tower over people whatever your thing is.

This was a quick guide I made from memory. Please ask questions if you are stuck. comment here or the transid.org wiki's Discord for the fastest response.
