If companies won't sell you a DRM-free copy of media, just pirate it. It's the only way to actually own it.
I agree that productivity should be rewarded, but that's not what happens. If you work hard, the company will realise that they can get the same work done with fewer employees and will reduce work hours to increase profits instead of rewarding you.
This is definitely true for me. I think way too much about the consequences of my actions and I could never work in a job where you're rewarded for tricking customers or being dishonest.
And now reddit is down hahahahaha
Well I guess twitter really is dead now.
They don't like rainbows, but they love ancient murder devices.
Wish I hadn't traded in my copy of Black 2 years ago :(
But yeah just download a rom. If you have a hacked 3ds you can play it on native hardware and there's literally no difference.

It's even worse than that. The ad is often a fake version of the website you are looking for. Ublock protects you from phishing and malware.
I was a lurker on reddit, but I'm commenting a lot more here. I want to help Lemmy grow.
Christmas is extremely profitable, so corporations want to extend it as much as possible. In the UK, shops sell christmas stuff in august now. It's ridiculous. Also, everything has to have festive packaging, even products that have nothing to do with christmas.
