I know the angle is a bit weird, but that is a wired headphone/earbud cable. The cable just has a 90 degree bend at the end.
I agree that the first one was rushed. I think the introduction of Mechagodzilla as the actual villain so late in the movie detracted from the enjoyment of the story. But I think they did a better job about that this time around.
They introduce the new villain about halfway through the movie, then spend the time having Kong and Godzilla prepare for the fight. Then the final fight is the standard 10-20 minutes. That timing feels more standard to me, which I liked.
Also I just bought the blurays for both the Godzilla movies yesterday! I'm so excited to add them to my collection.
the key to success really just is good posture
My score: 7/10
I saw it Thursday and I'll be honest, I kind of liked this one. Definitely a lot of fun watching this on the bigger screen at the theater that eats up my entire peripheral vision. These MonsterVerse movies really appeal to my inner child who gets excited seeing big monster fight
Plus they didn't skimp on the CGI, so you actually get to see King Kong and Godzilla a good amount.
I agree. I had to explain to a younger family member today that when I say "open notepad", I meant the application that's been on every Windows version since they were born, not to Google "notepad"
Gave me a crisis that people know so little of what would have been considered basic computer usage a while back.
what game is this? I love Lego games
Google owns YouTube
I watched it yesterday and I thought it was a pretty standard, washed out movie.
The only part that got a solid laugh from me was Kumail's performance and how Lucky was talking about his Dadi like that when they went to his flat. Dadi is Hindi/Urdu for your paternal grandmother.
I also appreciate the decorations the employees did at the theatre. They're all cool people :)
is this the reason Bleeping Computer made that article about malicious KDE themes? i saw it in my feed but didn't think much of it
Same here. I knew there was a reason this shirt called to me this morning

If Gartner comes out with a decent AI model, you could replace over half of your CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, etc. Most of them lack any real leadership qualities and simply parrot what they're told/what they've read. They're their through nepotism.
Also, most of them use AI as a crutch, so that's all they know. Meanwhile, the rest of us use it as a tool (what it's meant to be).
