Aren't those eagles, who are also predators?

Edit: found a fun fact about owls:

Owls eat other animals, from small insects such as moths or beetles, to large birds, even as large as an Osprey.

Whatever type of birds these are (maybe whiteheads?) they are in for a rude awakening someday!

I thought they were Seagulls and was confused.

Seagulls are also predators. Not quite apex, but fairly high in the chain.
