When the leak happen i honestly thought it was going to be like all other shit vaush has said and it would only be pick up by ML twitter and sometimes ancom twitter but it would get eventually forgotten about.
Im glad H3H3 pick it up, it really fucked over the vaushites now socdems hate him, a nerd i follow in twitter was trying to get in contact with ethan to give him all the evidence of the stuff vaush has said in the past so its going to get worst for the vaushites.

edit: hmm looks like it has been prosecuted before under the PROTECT act of 2003, but it doesn't seem like settled case law to me since the person who got got was charged with obscenity and not possessing CSAM, which is a different thing. Still if you took this kind of stuff to the Circuit or Supreme courts I have a feeling that they wouldn't be too eager to protect it.
