I put the bins out really early before they park there if I can. Mr P stands there and rants like a maniac loud enough for half the street to hear π€ Then sometimes I just have to put the bins close to their car because I have no choice π€·πΌββοΈ
They literally don't care and park in front of them even if the bins are already out π€·
Guess what, another request for a missed collection today.
