Thanks for the suggestions. I haven't heard of a few of these! What's galangal, mace, and fenugreek leaf?
Galangal is almost ginger,harder to cut milder flavour. Mace is nutmeg skin, milder, more expensive. Fenugreek is โฆ great for Indian food. Dunno how to describe it. Background thing that is good?
