@TheWitchofThornbury @melbaboutown whassisname who did the Prairie Home Companion radio show did a bit about late summer being the only time in Lake Wobegon when you had to lock your car, because if you didn't, you would come back and find a box of zucchinis on the back seat.

@MeanElevator Yup. Austraya day? Change the date, but make sure that the long weekend stays along with it. Grand Final day? Couldn't give a rat's about the men's game but love the Friday off, and to be equitable they really need to give us the Friday before the AFLW final. And the NRL, soccer and netball too, because why favour one sport? Actually I hear there's an underwater hockey grand final coming up soon, and the week after that is the inner western under 15s Trugo grand final ...
