Awesome! Congrats! It's been 7 days now and I've dropped 5 pounds. Been paddle board surfing almost every day and lifted in the gym for the first time in many years. Honestly, I was expecting to loose more..idk why I'm so impatient. Again, big congrats to you!

Interesting that it happened naturally. Were you doing something during the day that also kept your mind off food? ...like a stressful job? Also, what did a single meal consist of?

Anyone do both intermittent fasting and keto at the same time?

I kick off my first day of a new fasting journey. I wake up super early at 4am, have a funny little stand-off with my ever-hungry cat, and wind up chilling on the couch. I'm curious to see how this whole fasting thing will tweak my sleep patterns. After an early morning paddle board session near the beautiful Scripps Pier in Southern California, I find myself totally wiped out. But hey, instead of guzzling caffeine, I choose to just rest.

I lay out my plan to fast for 90 days, with the rules being pretty simple: no food until noon and calling it quits by 8pm each night. Despite eating my first meal around 1pm, I don't feel hungry, so I'm skipping dinner. I also share my current weight - 335 pounds, but I'm planning to take full measurements as this journey progresses.

Noon to 8 here. I'm just getting started so I'm easing in. Any thoughts on drinking coffee?

I started fasting because I'm super fat. Look, proof! Learning alot about how to get healthy and I thought I'd share my experience here. I'd love other peeps to share their experience, knowledge, and general good vibes ... looking forward to meeting you all!
