All of them. I'm browsing /all simply to block more, so that they won't accidentally show in my feed.

It's public: https://discord.gg/qYWxqva

They change the invite code every week, so better be quick ;-)

Juvenile Justice was really great, but it's hard to say why without getting into spoiler territory. Let's just put it down to overall character development.

Just trendy. Alice in Borderland (Japanese) was a million times better with a similar story but somehow less hype.

Not currently. It's a much requested feature, but the devs aren't working on it yet, and no idea whether it's going to be prioritized in the future.

Some apps are implementing it though, and there are browser plugins (tampermonkey scripts) achieving it as well: https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/469297-block-lemmy-instances (using that myself to block lemmynsfw.com)

I can reach it just fine. Maybe you need to flush your cache / DNS?

Generally speaking though, unless they have provided alternative means of contact and you saved them prior to the outage, there's nothing you can do. Same if they decide to shut down - the instance and your account would be lost, and that's that.

Edit: you can look up the owner of the domain on sites like https://who.is, but more often than not they use anonymizer services to not reveal their residential address. The given email address there might however serve as a forwarder to their actual one.

Just use the 1.1.1.1 app, or on your computer (or router) change the DNS to 1.1.1.1

Indonesia is soft blocking via DNS only, very easy to bypass.

Using a dedicated browser should be good enough. Since you might need some proprietary google stuff, I'd suggest chromium portable, that way once the class is over, you can simply delete the whole folder and call it a day.

Einzig richtige Entscheidung.

Hey hey hey that's my job.

I usually stop at one, when I remember that I don't actually like them.

Moin!

Gibt es insbesondere seit covid neue must-have apps?

Danke!

So I'm actually German but haven't been back home in 5+ years, except for a short business trip where I didn't really do all that much.

Now I'm going back for a few weeks almost exclusively for touristy purposes (my wife has never been to the EU), and I'm wondering what's really changed / what is considered must-haves these days?

Only tangentially related to China, but since most users will have Astrill, I thought I might as well check with you.

Since this morning I can only see a bunch of US servers, plus a handful of EU ones - it's like the list was cut down by 50% or more. And the remaining servers are all not-starred, i.e. don't permit torrents.

Stealth got all the options still, but using stealth on mobile somehow blocks wechat (despite smart mode being enabled), and that sucks.

Could someone confirm my observation before I open a ticket with Astrill?

Edit: On Desktop (Windows) I still get all servers in OpenWEB.

Edit 2: The servers appear to be mostly back, but are now missing the star marking them to be torrent accessible.

Was seriously one of the friendliest subs over on the platform which shall not be named, would be nice to see some familiar faces returning, or a new community of equal qualities forming over here.

Gift idea? (latte.isnot.coffee)

Hi all,

Currently looking for a gift for someone who actively enjoys capsule coffee and won't deviate from this disgraceful life choice.

So now I want to gift him something coffee related without being (a) capsules or (b) an alternative coffee maker.

Other than the usual (milk foamer, cups, literature), do you have any creative ideas?

Any quick questions that don't justify their own thread? Post them here!

More cat (latte.isnot.coffee)

I just can't wait to get the first working version on my phone. Literally grinning like an idiot just now.

Quite like the development of Jerboa as it stands, but I found the icon of the app to be a bit uninspired (and personally I need to have a dark background so stuff doesn't stand out too much).

Anyway, I got some time on hand last night and prompted DALL-E to create some Jerboa-inspired icons, and after going through dozens and dozens of iterations, prompts and refinements, I was left with 5 that I really like, cleaned them up and tuned them a bit in Photoshop this morning, and here we are:

Now I have no clue what that means in terms of licensing and whatnot. I'm explicitly posting them with no strings attached from my end, but can't tell if any underlying licenses still apply regardless.

Wondering which beans, grind size, water to coffee ratio and extraction times you are using?

And temperature, if that's anything specific.
