I'd rather my taxes be used for that rather than bailing out banks...

Can't they just spin it backwards to get the wind back in the wind turbine?

That's the price she was willing to pay to get her nose fixed. I mean all that cocaine didn't leave much in her bank account.

It's more a symptom of village idiots finding each other on the web and convincing themselves that they are not idiots. Its a feature of an interconnected world.

Every generation, people want to try new things and it's nice. But landownership can and has been and good thing in a way that just going back to "anarchy" wouldn't work. E.g. creation of ghettos, who gets to farm the best land, etc.

So then the suggestions are that the land are owned and "managed" by the state apparatus. Now we have a few famines in history to show us how gaining favor in a political system is not the best way to manage the land.

I'm open to better suggestions but just shitting on land ownership seems easy and unproductive.

I certainly dislike people who have neat little boxes to put other people in. I know it's a human thing, still think it's detrimental.

Money, white conservative neighbors.

Social media politics is confirmation bias by design.

A few of my opinions that are less popular here:

  • Unions are not a perfect solution.
  • landlords are not inherantly bad and it's not a "sit back and cash in" type of job.
  • Bridled Capitalism is a better system than the comunism we've tried so far.

I have no desire to debate any of those here. I talk politics with friends and in person and I try to remain skeptical especially of facts that happen to go my way.

I like looking for couples. It also seem they know and enjoy each other more.

Probably did it on purpose for the kids reading his comment.

That nerve in the giraffe necks that goes all the way down and then back up is a perfect example why God should not do cable management.

It's really not that hard to understand why one is problematic and the other one isn't. The only reason someone would have an issue with trans people is by inventing some "threat" to justify outdated and harmful societal taboos.
