I actually asked about this in a previous mega, and people gave me some good options for what I should look at. So far it's been cold enough for multiple layers, but soon there's gonna be t-shirt weather and I don't want to walk around with nipples basically poking through the fabric.

Major breast pain the last few days, hoping it's a sign of growth happening.

Just a few weeks into HRT my aerolas got really puffy, and went from being mostly flat to small mounds, but almost nothing else has happened except directly around them yet, and it makes me feel insecure about wearing tighter shirts and stuff.

If you gaze long enough into the estrogen, the estrogen will gaze back into you.

The new Beyonce cover of Jolene has to be one of the lamest things I've ever heard.

Taking a song with a lot of vulnerability and changing the lyrics to remove all that vulnerability is incredibly sad and juvenile, and you're just left with a lifeless corpse of a song.

There's such a comical disconnect between pieces like this, where supporting trans people is some deep-grained orthodoxy no one ever dares to question, and the actual reality of living as a trans person, where most of us don't get adequate healthcare and "respectable" newspapers publishes opinion pieces on whether you should be allowed to partake in society or not on a regular basis.

CW: SA, Dismissing SA, Non-functional justice systemExtremely sad and disgusted that after a high-profile court case in my country a bunch of pedophile rapists were just allowed to walk free today. Because there was a video of the victim singing with a friend in the car some time after the assault, a bunch of the judges decided she didn't look traumatized enough. The justice system here is a joke when it comes to sexual assault. Rape is functionally completely legal in this clown country.

At least someone was able to leak the identity of the perpetrators to the public, so I pray against hope that there's someone brave enough to just go and crack their heads open on the pavement.

Thanks! It's gonna be great to present a way I feel comfortable transshork-happy It's not that big leap of a leap at this point. I've been dressing androgynous, often gender-neutral, but occasionally leaning pretty fem, for the last couple months there, and usually get gendered correctly by visitors, so I don't think anyone is gonna react in any major way to me taking the extra step.

Part of why I felt dysphoric today was probably because my outfit was way too masc-leaning rather than gender neutral, but that still seems like a good sign that ending the half-measures and just being myself is gonna be good for me at this point.

Got an massive wave of dysphoria at work today because of the boymoding. Started to question why I fucking do this to myself. I'm lucky enough to be in a place where it wouldn't cause problems for me if people knew that I'm trans, the only reason I boymode is because it would be a little bit scary not to. It's really not worth feeling like shit just to avoid that. I'm done with this and I'm just gonna show up fem next week.

I woke up at 4 AM from a nightmare that a shadowy organization had broken into my house and confiscated all my estrogen vials and it took me several minutes to realize it was just a dream cri

THAT'S THE POST.

Every human instinctly knows that a very small minority living in unlimited luxury while half the world lives in squalor is an unforgivable evil that can't be forgiven.

Theory is cool and good, and you should study it as much as you're able to, but at the end of the day, you don't need to read any theory at all to understand why this is wrong. You just need the basic human empathy we're all born with.

A significant amount of people enjoy being one the priviliged few and have no sympathy for those screwed over. They still KNOW it's morally wrong, they just enjoy it. Most people don't think like that though, and have just been conditiond since childhood into believing contrived justifications of why it has to be this way or why change is dangerous if not outright impossible. In my experience, they all know the current capitalist system is unacceptable if you press them enough, even if they'd never use those words or think about it in those terms. It's just that none of us know what to do about it.

The entire point of both modern political and economic theory is to justify something we all intuitively understand isn't okay, which is probably part of why modern society is so fucked.
