The irony of not being able to read who you're responding to is palpable.
The problem with online services like that is many of them dont properly test people. So when they inevitably get shut down suddenly you don't have a reliable source of medication and you have to go through the whole process again just to prove it. Like with what happened to Done recently.
They're not registered as Russian, many were stolen. If you just start handing out their coordinates the chances that some are civilian are too high.
The Russians are not contained to Crimea, did you forget about the war going on?

They're using them in Ukraine. Can't geofence the country and still allow the Ukrainians to use them.
you don't even need to train anything, just run it through on a super low blur and almost nothing will change.
