What's with the teeth grinding though? Is that a psychological thing or is he possibly on something?

I think it could go both ways. Another commenter mentioned the younger generation being used to things just working. You pull it out of the box, power on, good to go. When it comes to troubleshooting, that's where they seem to fall behind.
On a other note, I have a friend that is the same age as me, grew up with pretty similar upbringing. He's the type that if it doesn't work then it's not worth using. Couldn't get a Bluetooth speaker to connect to a computer so he got frustrated and played without sound.
I think it will really just depend on what that specific person was exposed to. Admittedly, there has been a few times I got confused at a card reader. I'm used to swiping or inserting the chip. Some card readers are the touch and go and it took me a few minutes to realize it was scan and go.
Definitely an American thing. Can confirm. Am American and not proud of this shit. It's disgusting the way our homeless are treated.
They have a certain appeal to them. I'd love to try one out though and see how it appeals to me. Main thing that keeps me from getting one, is that I work in construction. Dust and debris getting inside the screen, then me closing it is just asking for scratches. Would a screen protector even be viable with the crease being in the middle?
Old school flip phones were feasible for situations like mine. But I'm not going back to T9 texting lol.
Not downvotes, but I have noticed that some of my comments are either being deleted or hidden?
Either it's an issue on Lemmys end, or we got Spez wanna be mods in here deleting shit they don't like or disagree with.
I'd prefer to just eat them. I've been hungry for too long now.
Maybe not a meltdown, but when you need other people to tell you how to vote, I think it's time to go. She's obviously not completely there.
Another bar soap user. And they don't smell bad. Not sure what you've tried. Liquid body soap feels like it leaves a layer on my skin. Bar soap doesn't do that.
Btw, your liquid soap is more watered down than a bar of soap. And bars are less expensive.
I love sound engineering and design as a whole. Music production was what got me into it. It's still mind boggling to me how much you can do with a simple sine wave and process it into essentially unlimited amounts of various sounds.
I never knew a thing about music theory, synthesizers, drum machines, etc. Almost 7 years down this path and I'm still learning as I go and just as curious as when I first started.
Seeing different instruments through an oscilloscope or watching the different frequencies dance as a whole on an EQ plugin is my favorite.
