Stanford erased a 29-point halftime deficit, scoring on every possession after the half and hitting a game-tying field goal on the final play of regulation before stunning CU in a wild 46-43 double-overtime win at Folsom Field.

It was the biggest blown lead in Colorado football history and the largest since a Nov. 6, 2010 loss to Kansas, when the Buffs led 28-3 before losing 52-45.

It's okay, CU, everyone has inexplicably embarrassing losses to KU

Also, per ESPN:

Stanford's 29-point comeback win was the:

  • Largest comeback in Stanford history (program founded in 1891)
  • 4th-largest comeback in Pac-12 history
  • Largest halftime deficit overcome to win in Pac-12 history
  • Largest blown lead in Colorado history (program founded in 1890)

Oh, and the PA announcer got in trouble with the refs.

They kept playing music when Stanford was in formation, but not when Colorado were.

I turned this game off at halftime and went to bed thinking it was way over. Classic Pac-12 at night

Literally this meme

This game was so late I didn't even tune in. Maybe the more after dark the kickoff, the weirder the game becomes

Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that CU screwed up the OT strategy again, choosing offense... This ain't the NFL, Sanders

You’d think Deion of all people would understand the baseball inning analogy.
