Next move I really need to pay attention to the window situation! I'm awake stupid early because my room is hotter than outside thanks to fact the windows are north facing so the sun sits on them all day.

Yes! I viewed our current place in Summer and didn’t think about the lack of North windows. The place is an utter gloomy igloo in winter.

Morning all! I got part of the way through my exercises and looked at the time.. eeep! Gotta finish them tonight as I had to involve myself in the serious business of dressing Minipeelers as mad scientists for school. They look great! Elder has a Dr's jacket with an Einstein wig and my boss's old vespa goggles worn headband style. Miniest won the arguments about who was going to wear the Swinburne University lab coat, with fake nerd glasses and her own hair messed up. Should be a fun day.

any recommendations for a new office chair? Mine has started to just randomly let go of the recline lock giving me a heart attack every time it does it.

Could you get it Re-gassed or is the lock a different bit?

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 year ago

Different bit, and AFAIK it's replace the gas cylinder rather than re-gas. A consideration for short/tall people looking for a more comfortable chair too.
