The joke is on him. I would rather be unemployed than work in an office provided by my employer. If faced with such a choice, I would simply retire early and live off what I have saved.

In reality, he fails to understand that most startups are remote these days and you will never stop new startups from being created.

The commercial real estate collapse is coming…

Google "The Reserve Army of Labour". Capitalists intentionally want some degree of unemployment to make workers more desperate for lowe wages and easier to replace.
