You could call this a sequel to my last question, but I was genuinely curious. Question inspired by someone I know joking about being arrested for selling donuts to someone who died as a result because they didn't need junk food.

Parents.

Every person who ever participated in the conception and eventual birth of a human is also responsible for their eventual death.

If nobody is born, then nobody dies. Pretty obvious crime here.

Almost the same logic that have the Dark Judges: every crime is committed by living persons hence live itself is a crime.

In a nice world, it'd be applied to politicians and corporations who, bit by bit, make daily life so hostile that people either turn to crime or starve.

But my first thought was giving birth should count as negligible homicide since 100% of people who are born die.

Driving offenses punishable by life in prison.

Doing some asshole or idiot move on the road angers other drivers. Other drivers experience road rage and road aggression. This results in collisions or fights that can lead to death.

Murder.
