Colorado probably ranked too high as an overreaction to TCU being overrated and having Deion as their coach. They have a chance to prove me wrong vs Nebraska. LSU and Clemson should have fell out of the polls entirely. Not only did they lose but they looked bad doing it.

If FSU is the 4th best team in the country, I can see LSU still being ranked, albeit much lower. I don't see any excuse for leaving Clemson like 3 spots behind Duke after that beatdown.
Seems like people are giving Dabo the benefit of the doubt since he won a couple of titles.
He didn't win a title with this 2023 team. Or even the same coaching staff. The fact of the matter is this season has one single data point, and that data point for Clemson is looking completely inept against Duke.
I think that Clemson will end the season ranked, but anybody that thinks they should be ranked right now, is straight up negligent and ignorant and should not have voting privileges.
Totally agree, I'm willing to let LSU hang around as we can say it was game 1 and if FSU is a good team then LSU could be a 20 something team. But I agree
You think Colorado at 22 is too high? With the little information we have for the season so far, I think it's a little low.
Fair enough, for the record I ranked them at 24 in my poll for this sub. But they gave up 540 yards which was by far the worst defensive performance of any top 25 team. I also don't think TCU is that good.

I'm kind of surprised they didn't bump Texas up to 10 just to hype the Alabama game as a "top 10 matchup" and potentially give them a "top 10 win" for their resume when they try to shoehorn them into the playoff.
Glad they didn't though, because we don't deserve it.
Is Texas back?
God forbid Pitt gets ranked after Saturday and we have to open the season losing to both ranked Penn State and ranked Pitt.
