"Value" of mine has nearly doubled in less than 10 years...and I haven't even upgraded it.

What do you mean, I just saw a video where they showed an average home price of 78k. Oh right, the video was about the top 10 ghost towns in the state.

Mine will probably jump to 1200+ /month come september. Got myinsurance quote last week and they spiked it up 1000.
