Sounds about right. Australians have a "macho" culture, meat heads aren't often intentionally funny.
A lot of my favorite YouTubers are from Australia and quite funny. They're always making explosives in their shed and bitching about their thesis being due!

I think they're equally funny and they remind me of Canadians.

New Zealanders get along well with Canadians. Canadians don't like Australians, Kiwis don't like Americans, and Americans and Aussies seem to be mates.
All the successful kiwis move to Australia because we pay better but they keep their kiwi identity.

I saw a picture of an Australian cow eating a snake. I'm not sure how the food chain works in Australia.
Answer: If it can be eaten, it will be eaten, or envenomated while trying. That snake was full of Australian cow venom, the most potent cow venom in the world!

I know an Australian who runs a YouTube channel called DankPods (you might've heard of it), and he's pretty damn funny.
