Plant a seed of Swiftthistle, trigger it, grab the food and get far enough away before the effect wears off.

Sister Communities:
So to sum up solutions
Swiftthistle seed to basically freeze time, run in and grab it before the effects wear out
Stone of disarming to remove the traps
Potion of levitation to go over the traps
Stone of blink to blink onto it, if you have enough health then you only need one after you pick up the ration
Timekeepers hourglass to do the same as swiftthistle
Ethereal chains to move to it
Reclaim trap item to remove one of the traps
Also other (later game) options such as ally swap, heroic leap etc
Maybe you are lucky and the rations are upgraded!
Does fire destroy rations?
It doesn't destroy, say, chargrilled meat, so I assume that it doesn't destroy rations.
If not, the problem is just tripping the trap without being hurt, and you can do that by taking off your armor or weapon or something and throwing it at the trap from a distance to trigger it.
Exploding trap. It destroys whatever is thrown on it and whatever is on an adjacent tile.
You would have to levitate, use chains, or a stone of disarming.
Ah, gotcha, thanks. Wasn't aware that the explosion itself had an effect.
It does not destroy everything, but it can destroy weapons, armor and food.

I haven't played this game so my first thought is that I was looking at Loss.
Do it! It's called Shattered Pixel Dungeon. There are other variants, but it's the modern, balanced, "main" version of the game.
So it's better than original Pixel Dungeon? I gave up on that.
