Cheers! Who?
Edit: Sorry I did dun look up for myself. Add Dave the Hairy Biker to the toasts.
Friend of mine sent me the trailer for a movie called Late Night with the Devil. It looks so good. And no cinema near me appears to be showing it. Hopefully they'll update it since it's still got a few weeks.
This mortgage app thing sucks. Looking like can only get enough for a revolting cookie cutter joint in Kath & Kim Land.
In better news I have found Bruce the Chimera Cat. We WANTS him we does.
Anyone here sleep with noise cancelling earbuds in? Looking to cancel out some snoring next to me. I'm a side sleeper though, so not sure how that'll go with earbuds in. Currently do not own any so can't really test it....
Side sleeper and regular washing machine/snore like truck = Llab. Although I myself canβt sleep if someone gets to a snoring before me.
So Iβve tried a few, though YMMV. Anything hard is a no: EarPods, Loops, Earphones etc., all hurt in time.
Soft plugs for me take time to get use to. Ones I have used for riding have been Alpine and Surefire. ATM for riding I love the Surefire Sonic Defenders EP5. Havenβt tried them in bed, but they might be a bit too suctiony.
Honestly though, if I was a flat out back sleeper and could get my Sony 1000XM5 headphones to stay on⦠That would be heaven.
NOT airpods pro. They suck for side sleepers.
Have you tried a fan or similar? Sleeping near noise I find it to be partially an anticipation or regularity problem. A broken snore pattern isnβt too bad, a regular one is. The drip hole in the gutter pinging at precise intervals is unbearable!
I got some blue blocker spectacles for the dark morning dog walks to take out some of the high intensity headlights and they're working a treat. It seems to have become fashion round me to have auto-high-beams on, which is a cunts act in suburbia with pedestrians about, IMO.
I'm quite surprised, but nothing seems to be handling my timezone change well. I ordered a desert and they told me I had 45 minutes to add more things (it should only be 15). And last night my banking app was telling me the choccy I bought at 11:36 was bought on friday the 22nd - which they call "today", but the stamps I bought a few hours before were bought on Thursday which they also counted as "today". I thought everything would just adapt to the timezone change and I wouldn't even notice it
