Still mildly sick but if I take another day the powers that be will start to get annoyed, so it's unto the breach. Honestly, just another reason why they should have left us at home, I'd have worked the last two days if I could have done them from the couch.

Lol omg I thought I was okay but I'm getting more confused the more I read from the ato website trying to figure out tax deductions. Probably shouldn't be a Sunday night thing but lol it's been procrastinated item 1 out of 50 so I'm just trying to do something.

It seems the Miniest Peeler has a stomach virus or gastro. Symptoms correspond almost exactly.. it was suddenly hectic for a few hours there but seems to have settled down a bit now. Looks some time off school is on the cards. If she's ok tomorrow and just in need of fluids and rest for recovery then I can leave Mr Peeler in charge. If not then I'll have to take the day off. She told me lots of kids in her class have been absent due to an illness that still seems to be going around. Maybe people don't realise that even after someone has stopped vomiting etc and appear to have fully recovered, the virus is still contagious for a couple of weeks afterwards? I'll be keeping her home in any case.

I don't know if anyone used to watch MXC on Fox8 back in the day, well the original Japanese program Takeshi's Castle has a reboot of it. It came out April and is on Amazon (ugh) but it's actually been pretty fun.
the next hour is the only time i have today for a walk so of course it's dark & drizzling
