If someone falls, you need to ask an individual person to call 991. The thought being if you ask an entire group at once, everyone will figure someone else is doing it and will ignore the request. I suppose that goes for turkey requests too.

This is true unless you're in Brunei, in which case 911 won't work, and 991 is the correct number.

anon could have some sensory issues on the auditory side. When you do have sensory problems like that and are made to be in a loud crowd, it's easy to start feeling really uncomfortable and even overwhelmed

In a rather arbitrarily defined sense of "related"
