Looking forward to being part of the second episode of our recurring weekly show discussing market status, Direct Registration, and where to freely discuss them both.

This week we're really excited to have on Kevin Malone, who is an experienced funds manager. He and his fund are known GameStop advocates, and he's been exploring how to bring direct registration and self custody information to his clients as part of his service.

If you have any questions you'd like us to ask, please leave them here! If you can't make it, don't worry - an mp3 recording of the show will be shared on this community afterwards.

I won't be able to catch this live but would love to listen to the recording. Cheers!

What are Kevins thoughts about pure DRS vs DirectStock. So we know a percentage of DirectStock is held at DTC for operational efficiency reasons. Since the Investor in book entry holds voting rights(1), what differences for the Investor would DirectStock vs pure DRS mean?

I'm sure there will be lot's of good DRS chats and I don't want to derail those conversations but one thing I would like to ask:

What are the key (and brief) talking points that Kevin uses when he introduces GameStop as a potential investment to his clients?

This is something I personally find tricky at times when talking to people irl about GameStop. It's hard to not get caught up in the weeds at times when you have been here for 84 years and you are talking with someone who hasn't been. I feel like Kevin might have some unique perspective around the fundamentals and key points he finds attractive and ways to effectively communicate them.
