Looking forward to being part of the second episode of our recurring weekly show discussing market status, Direct Registration, and where to freely discuss them both.
This week we're really excited to have on Kevin Malone, who is an experienced funds manager. He and his fund are known GameStop advocates, and he's been exploring how to bring direct registration and self custody information to his clients as part of his service.
If you have any questions you'd like us to ask, please leave them here! If you can't make it, don't worry - an mp3 recording of the show will be shared on this community afterwards.
I won't be able to catch this live but would love to listen to the recording. Cheers!
What are Kevins thoughts about pure DRS vs DirectStock. So we know a percentage of DirectStock is held at DTC for operational efficiency reasons. Since the Investor in book entry holds voting rights(1), what differences for the Investor would DirectStock vs pure DRS mean?
