Spy x Family should be an obvious one

Yuru Camp, comfy camping with Rin and Nadeshiko heals your soul.

Miss kobayashi's dragon maid. it's silly and humorous, but a good way to spend a weekend when ur feeling down.

In no particular order:
K-ON!, Spice and Wolf, Eve no Jikan(Time of Eve), Yuru Camp, Flying Witch, Bocchi The Rock

Damn I thought I was the only one who still remembers Time of Eve.

Time of Eve is great🤗

I try to suggest it to anyone who watches anime as it's an interesting + entertaining watch that doesn't have the usual weird/extreme stuff that's in most anime

YuruYuri, it's a really cute school slice of life with a wonderful cast of characters and I love the humorous antics. https://anilist.co/anime/10495/Yuru-Yuri

I tend to fall back on a good SOL for this. So, the two that popped into my head right away were

  • Nichijou
  • Azumanga Daioh

At one point in time I would have unequivocally said Usagi Drop, but after reading more about the series and what happens in the story after the show, I can't really separate that from the show in my head any longer.

I guess there could be a lot, but the anime that came to my mind is Hanasaku Iroha.

  1. K-ON!
  2. Yuru Camp

Looking through these comments, I wonder if Yuru Camp is any good? /s

I went to download it, but it doesn’t seem to be available on my trackers. Gonna have to acquire some actual anime trackers. IPT, AR, and TL have rarely let me down, but alas, time to expand my trackers once more. Recently added MAM for books, that’s been great.

Any suggestions for anime trackers?

Puts on moderator hat

Piracy discussions should be redirected toward a more appropriate community. The most active of which is [email protected]. Feel free to pm me for more info. However, beyond this point in the thread, aside from what I say below, I will remove any more detailed discussions of piracy.

Takes off moderator hat

That being said, for shows I can't access legally due to regional restrictions, I usually have better luck on usenet, but I pay for access, so it isn't as popular an option as free streaming sites or torrent trackers.

It was also kinda sad and I'm maybe remembering the title wrong but wolf children ame and yuki

[–] [email protected] 1 points 11 months ago (1 children)

You had the title right, it is The Wolf Children Ame and Yuki (at least that is one of the listed translations). At first I thought you were referencing Wolf's Rain since "ame" is rain in Japanese. I was thinking it was an odd choice for a feel good anime. Your answer makes more sense I think, but I haven't seen it.

Actually I don't know how this didn't come to mind forst6, but Natsume Yujinchou. Has some moments that are a special flavour of stressful, but generally a chill, feel-good nime.

That's a good suggestion. I have written before about how it has some mature themes, but not anything worse than you see in existing children's media. Plus, each episode is usually a self-contained story, so there aren't cliff-hangers to aid in the feel-good vibes.

I go back to Three Leaves, Three Colors a lot; a very vanilla moe slice of life, but sometimes that's all you need.
