I, being from r-ssia, was kinda surprised how many logical hoops ordinary people would make to rationalize not even showing support to corpo-rats, but killing people for money, being shot for doing that. Class conciousness needs a lot of work to start to be. There's none at this moment.

I am from this vodka state so I may be biased, but as I see it, some republicans don't really care about this issue and pick that position only to be contrarian and farm votes on 'anything against dems'-train. They aren't clever, really. Russia does benefit from it and probably encourage that with it's money, but for republicans it's not about Ukraine, Russia or anything, it's about owning the dems and getting into the office. And some of them probe even this edgy position.
Nothing positive is needed. It's an outrage engine that keeps you involved by edging on the max level of disturbance you are comfortable to consume. Seeing, posting reactions, having likes enables you to keep it going.
Also when you open a big image like comic it's inconvinient when it closes when you push it too much towards top or bottom. I'm not swiping it off, I want to read the first panel.
