I mean the y axis is only labeled zero so it's still zero according to the graph.
it's only on zero up to 2000, afterwards it increases to an indeterminate number equal or greater than one
the y-axis ticks could even be fractional, or dB scale, who knows with this quality of presentation

the first tick has to at least be one, you can't have a fractional number of testicle injuries...
