I mean, Anon may be American, but is definitely dodging the Ukrainian draft
I'm not familiar with 4chan or whatever website that is, but if anonymous there means what I think it means, that flag is probably IP based which would make sense on a VPN.
The flag is completely up to you. You can choose whatever flag you want.
