Same here, I was wondering if there was some last remnant of Pebble watches still running for a second there.
I miss my Pebble too. I went to a Galaxy Gear S3 for a few years before ending up at a Fossil hybrid smart watch with a ink screen that gives me several days of battery life like my Pebble Steel use to have. It's ok but it's no Pebble.
There are!! https://rebble.io I still have mine but haven’t used it since they got bought. I really do miss it, it was great.
I'm surprised nobody has taken on bringing compatible hardware to market. I feel like there would (still) be crowdfunding interest.
I held on to my Time Steel for so long, but I finally switched to AsteroidOS on a Huawei Watch. No AOD, way too bright with lights off and unreadable in the sun, and have to charge it every night (barely lasts a day). I'm heavily considering going back.
