Thought I had seen some lawyer's opinion that if you unlocked your phone, eg to show a digital drivers license, and the police alleged criminal activity, they could seize your phone and would then be able to search through your phone
They wouldn't need a warrant to get your passcode because you unlocked it. They just happened to seize it when it was unlocked.
With phone unlocked, anyone could order food, grab an uber, buy whatever they want off Amazon and probably drain my bank account - the 2FA comes back to the phone lol.
So, for now, I have a little card that has my ID on it. It's worked really well, and I don't even need to charge it!
Think before you go digital ID for anything.
