I've had the same problem so to speak.
I switched up my diet inadvertently and also cut out a lot of sugary drinks and stuff and I've accidently lost weight because of that.
What's not so nice is that people think I've lost weight and there's a problem because of it.
I had to talk to someone the other day and explain that I am actually eating well and stuff and because of inflation and a few choices to not buy certain things any more it's led to my accidental weight loss.
I don't like having to discuss my weight at all and I also don't really pay attention to it but it bothers me and I made it known.
No one likes to talk face to face about their weight but dramatic weightloss makes people concerned that maybe cancer is involved.
It is good that you made it known that you are ok and don't want to discuss it any further.
I only told one person but there was quite a bit of a long explanation which I don't really care to go over too many times. Just that they keep bugging me about my stress levels and linked my supposed weight loss with it.

To be honest I could use my exercise.
If you're looking for a bit more movement stroll down to your local cricket game on the weekend and watch a bit. You don't have to stand near the crowd.
