I think the voiceover was added for YouTube, but I’m pretty sure that footage came from a game in 1991 “Zero Wing”

It wasn't done by the Laziest Men on Mars? I have a recording of the song (along with some others like Shover Robot/Pusher Robot and that Droppo one) and it includes the VO at the beginning.
The footage (and words) are based on a bad translation of Zero Wing though, that part is definitely correct.
I was expecting rickroll, I'm pleasantly surprised
I am still considering getting this as a tattoo, 20 years later.
