Second interview went... okay. I definitely fumbled some questions and repeated myself a lot. But the interview ended with talk of what's next, etc, so at least it wasn't a "okay, thanks for coming in, see you around" sort of end. Fingers crossed for a call either way quickly.

It sounds like you did well, try not to stress too much on repeating yourself :)

The worst case is actually still a best case scenario - consider this a practice interview and write some notes about how you wish to articulate yourself next time. I found it helps to write what I did well, and what I did not do so well. And looking up common interview questions and writing answers in the STAR format helps with memory retention too when you're put on the spot in an interview.

I'm sure you did fine, everyone gets nervous and fumbles a bit in interviews, it's to be expected and is fine. End of interview is promising!

That's true - I consciously remembered that it's okay to pause and think about responses instead of just blurting things out, so I'm proud of myself for that.
