Clarification: yes, workplace democracy exists. Yes, it would be great to see more of it! Often when people speak of democracy, though, they are talking about a democratic system of government, which does not automatically mean businesses, workplaces, schools, clubs, recreational facilities are also democratic in nature...

So, comic is a little off base still
