Thats like every day of winter in the northern latitudes. Sunlight becomes weak after passing through so much atmosphere due to the angle.
I’m high enough elevation that it can be 0c out and the sun will be hot as hell on my skin. Going somewhere where that wasn’t the case was wild. I had to wear coats on sunny days.
