Not OP but my guess would be moderation tools.

In Danish media the quote actually said the recycle bricks had higher carbon footprint than those from virgin plastics.

Plenty other uses for recycled plastics. Not every application is ideal for recycled plastics.

It’s popular to hate on Dyson but cordless, bagless vacuum is very much a game dominated by them. Others - Samsung, Miele - have great products but I have yet to see a model from them that is truly superior to flagship Dysons. They dominate on suction and battery power.

Dyson is expensive (overpriced?). The owners is an oligarch brexiteer asshole. The brand is perpetually trending with annoying influencers and I find their vacuums ugly, but … they build very good vacuums.

Yes. I own a Dyson. A corded one. We’re on our third one and keep buying them because we have never had any issues with them.

My current one is 4 years old. The one before was 10 by the time we sold it due to international move. The one before we bought 10 years old used before deciding we wanted a new one.

Two failures do not make a right.

The point above stands. EVs do little for the environment. Compared to sensible options like transit and biking and walking they are marginally better, but hm hardly at all.

Excitedly the crimes he was charged with today have minimum sentence AND are GA state charges only - so he cannot pardon himself even if he were to be elected president again. (GA GA (LOL) could likely drop the charges if the Trumpists were to take over enough of the state, again, I guess)

Yes. It’s many years in my past, but this was confirmed. Target still does their targeting but now scatter unrelated items in the ads to hide what they know.

The problem for me is that Musk is an unreliable partner to any government. He is for sale to the highest bidder that strokes his ego.

But I guess that is a risk the feds will have to deal with in due time.

Honestly I waiting for the moment when one of Musk’s stunts gets Space X banned from government contracts until the boot the Muppet.

Edit: grammar

Definitely not a “never” .

In fact I hail from a European culture where the traditional grab has men proudly showing ( a lot of) midriff. (Detva region in Slovakia)

As others mentioned western/American fashion had sporty types wear crop tops in the 70s-90s

Here is Will Smith wearing a crop top in Fresh Prince From Bel Aire https://imgur.com/a/0OAZRpi

And yes - if you hang in certain circles men wearing crop tops is still perfectly acceptable. But currently it’s usually associated with femme-presenting queer men of other wise gender noncomforming people.

Straight men seem to have have shunned the look (as they tend to) when it became associated with queerness.

And. Of course all of this is US centric. Plenty other cultures and fashions out there.

Ps: Yahoo seems to think it’s time to bring the crop top back. So hey - you can be a pioneer: https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/return-men-crop-tops-why-210039991.html

Beware of celebrating spikes like these. Though sure -there could have been a viral moment for Kbin, it’s also likely these are bots.

Always wired.

I have wifi6e. I love it. It can usually match wired speeds (1gbps) but there is interference and dropouts on occasion.

For mortals. Wifi6 with good signal is enough. But wired is always better.

I may be a minority. But I would gladly join a server that is paid and I get stability, but also a better stronger fight against the inevitable onslaught of shit - in return.

I am sure some of it is spam bots. But also - a big value of Reddit is indeed in the long tail of niche communities. Many did not join the protest.
