I kind of wish that the rest of the band would hire a singer for a month or so to re-record the Lostprophet's catalogue. I'd like to listen to some of their music again without him getting royalties.

It'd not an off-the shelf solution as such, but I have a relay with an ESP32 that fires up the heating and it's directly controlled by HA. HA uses thermometers around the house - mostly ZigBee - to work out when to run it.

Given that Hive is ZigBee based and will continue to work locally, I wonder if it can be directly linked to HA?

Anyone else remember Google Reader? Not OP's question, I know, but holy shit was Google Reader good times.

Huh. It's tricky, isn't it?

Suggestion: Business laws preclude collusion between competitive businesses. Result: "No, Senator, even though our companies sell the same items made in the same factories with the same SKUs, for the purposes of this conversation we target different markets even though our own sales data proves this isn't the case."

Suggestion: CEOs must sacrifice a child every time they make an acquisition. Result: "CEO of Globoco announces acquisition of struggling orphanage."

Suggestion: Airtight laws that force everyone to play fair and pay their way. Result: Billionaires give handjobs to politicians and get the law neutered in return.

I don't post to Gitea because I scrawl my code onto a piece of leather made of human flesh and venture down to the shore on a stormy night to hurl it into a raging sea as I shriek insults at God in a language known only to madmen. We are not the same.

UK here.

1000Mb/s symmetric FTTP, unlimited data for £29/mo, though I'm currently paying £1/mo as part of a promotion from YouFibre. Speeds as advertised, especially moving data to my server at work which is also on YouFibre - it's like being on-site.

I've also got an unlimited data SIM card as a backup. Speeds vary but it's usually over 800Mb/s down and 200Mb/s up. That's £15/mo from Three.

I think you'll find they're flush with cash. Now get back to work, peasant.

According to this survivalist book I've got they should be fine. It recommendeds eating them in a box with a fox, or in a boat with a goat.
